Our Ethos

Drive Culture exists to make HR easier, clearer, and more human for business owners. We’re here to take the pressure off the people side of your business — whether that means supporting you with difficult conversations, building solid systems, or helping your leaders grow.

We believe that great businesses are built on:

  • Clear expectations and strong communication

  • Confident, supported leaders

  • Practical tools that fit your stage of growth

  • Culture that reflects your values — not just a poster on the wall

Based in Auckland and Wānaka and working across NZ, we’re proud to support growing businesses with HR that works for how you actually operate.

    WELLBEING AMBASSADOR

Every team needs a calming presence — ours just happens to have a lot of fur. Azuki, our Maine Coon, is Drive Culture’s unofficial mascot and occasional Zoom meeting guest. When he’s not supervising HR strategy from the sunniest spot in the office, he’s reminding us all to take breaks and enjoy the moment.
