Based in Wānaka, Sarah partners with businesses across the region and NZ-wide.

Every team needs a calming presence — ours just happens to have a lot of fur. Azuki, our Maine Coon, is Drive Culture’s unofficial mascot and occasional Zoom meeting guest. When he’s not supervising HR strategy from the sunniest spot in the office, he’s reminding us all to take breaks and enjoy the moment.
